Congratulations Jessica Sanchez!

I never been so attached to American Idol this time as my schedule is contrast to it, that is why I couldn't update you guys regarding the show. I've been very busy and tired but I was never failed to hear some news regarding the progress of the show and so as with the dominance of this young filipino-mexican-american Jessica Sanchez, a 16 year old.

Jessica almost flank out before but the judges saved her and she progress and came up with the final two for the season.

Jessica did not win but for every heart of filipino, she is still our champion because just making it to american idol has been a pride what more when she landed on the second spot? although there are some bitters who really can't accept her loss haha :) But congratulations to Phillip Phillips though, he deserves the title as well.

Anyway, These are my favorite performances of Jessica...(it's just my opinion, okay? :) )

I almost cried when I saw this article in msn this morning, you know how pet lover I am and seeing this poor dog died and the other dog cry because his friend died is really sad... I just hope that the driver of the car who hits the dog will realize what he just did, they're not just animals! they also have life too and somebody love and value their existence....haix

Employment Rate in the Philippines Worsens

13.8 million Filipinos were unemployed according to Social Weather System (SWS) Survey and that comprises 34.4% unemployment rate, the highest so far in the history of the Philippines.

From 24% unemployment rate last December 2011 the said rate increases by more than 10% this first quarter of 2012 and it is really hard to look for another one, I should know LOL

43% of the respondents who were jobless are female and 27.6% are male. Majority of the respondents also believed that they will remain jobless for the next 12 months though.

I constantly heard the President saying that the Economy of the Philippines is way better than the previous administration, then why it is this hard to be employed then? why do some of my mentors even told me that it is easier to find a Job when PNOY isn’t elected.. Haix, I just hope that whenever they’ll brag regarding their works there will be enough indications and proof that it is really happening. We can’t always rely on numbers though and we must feel that the economy is really progressing somehow.

Religious Group wants to Ban Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga is indeed one of the most powerful music icons nowadays and maybe that is because she is really being true. She does whatever she wanted to do and no one can stop her from doing it.

There are a lot of rumors which aim is of course to get Gaga down such as Lady Gaga is a man, Lady Gaga is a Satanist but these never stops people from loving her more.

Now, I don’t know why religious group here in the Philippines wanted to ban this awesome lady for her concert tomorrow May 21, 2012 in SM Arena in Pasay… They say that Lady Gaga is not welcome here in the Philippines because she is anti-Christ, a bad example to the children and does hilarious, morbid, gross and unacceptable manners. So what? Then don’t watch her concert then. duh?!

Filipinos, we have different beliefs and let us respect one another with that. How about the people who idolizes her and wanted to watch her then? and besides we are big enough to decide whether to watch or not, imitate or not, follow her or not, right? And if you wanted to be respected then respect other people too.. and I am not only pertaining you to respect Gaga with that. She never did any harm to you right? She doesn’t even say any bad words against you guys, and she isn’t forcing you to like her or worship her though… Just let her do her thing and so do you.

Anyway, I actually wanted to see her concert by My God Ticket Price is like my one month Pay! Lol… for those who is very fortunate and will watch, I hope you’ll enjoy! Well, I do know that the concert will be another remarkable in Gaga history.  

Touch me not (Noli Me Tangere)!!

Well… this blog entry isn’t about the famous National Hero Dr. Jose Rizal’s novel Noli Me Tangre which he wrote during the Spanish colonization here in the Philippines, thus this entry is just to tell you a story about how touchy people could be so intimidating.

It just so happened that I’ve met several people like this in all genders and I come up with one thing, I am getting intimidated whenever they are possessing their ‘touchy attitude’ to me, and I know I am not the only one who gets the same feeling too.
