My first time in SG…

It has been 7 months since I was informed that I was being considered to have a business trip outside the country and it makes me feel proud that I was chosen may be due to my credibility and aptitude to represent the company that drives them to pick me as one of the representative for that business trip.

Trouble also happened as I was not the primary choice, of course I have the more experienced one with me and I am just a novice who’s giving my best to outstand and never let the management expectation drawn out of me… but the destiny never failed me until after 5 months I was told to be the sure representative for the business meeting as reviewed by the boards.. so happy and I get so excited as days goes by

August 23, was our day of departure and at 6:15 a.m. so I have to wake up early to be prepared, and we arrived in Singapore 20 minutes earlier than the expected time.

July 2011 Nursing Licensure Examination Results

I can’t even imagine that it’s been a year since I found out that I passed the tough Nursing Licensure Exam, and now a new batch has been renowned as the July 2011 NLE has been released today August 20, 2011, Saturday.

According to Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) 37,513 nurses passed out of 78,135 takers nationwide comprising 48%.

The University of the Philippines-Manila regained the top one spot among those who stand out the exam as Mr. Jomel Garcia Lapides gained 88.40% followed by University of Sto. Thomas: Ms. Hazel Cortes Crisostomo with 87.40 in second spot.

Feeling betrayed again

I was shocked when I checked my e-mail yesterday and found an entry from my closest friend Pia (not her real name of course and she is the one from the Feeling betrayed entry). I thought it was just a spam message that scattered in my inbox and I actually deleted it but hurriedly get things back when I had a glance of the first sentence of the mail

“Andrew, suko na talaga ako” (Andrew, I gave up!)

Luckily there’s a trash folder in the account so I have retrieved the mail which was actually a letter…

Ikaw ang may kasalanan nito e. (This is all your fault!)…says the next line, I know she is not mad at me, she is just telling me that I started things which she is lament for now.

An unexpected yet so confusing call…

It is a wonderful day yet a very confusing call came and it made me stunned after talking to the caller. I was mute after, thinking, realizing things, taking everything side by side and I cannot come with answers and conclusions because right now, I am still confused.

Here’s the whole story…

I just received list of my trainings line up for this month… those trainings pertains to my position in my current work of course and the list has been very cruel as I had trainings almost every other day. I have one last August 1 about emergency, August 4 about my designation proper it is about following international standards, August 9, is all about re-orientation of companies protocols, plus August 13 will be the Company’s anniversary with a lot of things to do as we are grouped for a presentation which is a competition too.. and my next one will be a 5 days seminar and it’ll be out of town.. No! Actually out of country!...

I’m so excited because all access are for free, the company will also give us reasonable allowances for personal usage and I just can’t help but hope that tomorrow will be the day of my departure when suddenly my phone rang… the caller is unknown on my list, I answered, he is looking for me… I answered back asking him why?
