My Tagaytay-Batanggas Barkada Getaway

It’s now summer here in Philippines and I used to go on a trip every April to freshen up, relax and have myself a treat with all my burdens and efforts for the year, and of course I’m doing this with my barkada’s in highschool (until now) who also loves travelling.

This year’s getaway is just pure fun. Unlike last year, I ought to escape because I have had my heart broken into pieces lol and escaping and realizing things builds it again without any scar at all. This year was barely different because we just want to travel, we just want to relax and we just want to explore the very nice scenery in every part of the Philippines.

So we went to batanggas! Particularly in Nasugbu batanggas wherein we are supposed to be in calatagan (the next town after nasugbu) but unfortunately all resorts had been fully booked and we have no reservations from the resorts within the vicinity so we just get back to nasugbu and still enjoyed it.

I woke up by 4pm, we had this agreement that those will be late will have to pay for our breakfast that day; I don’t have enough funds therefore I’m the first one to arrive in our meeting place :) (I’m so excited)So we depart Eurobake, Tabang, Guiguinto (our meeting place) at almost 6:00 a.m and enjoyed each others agenda’s and stories during the travel, we stopped at Starbucks Tagaytay for breakfast and take a shots too and then we had our long travel to get into the resort.

We arrived at almost 1:00 in the afternoon and we had our lunch abruptly as we’re all hungry and then take a tour on the place and took a nap after, we enjoyed the view of sunset after we had our henna tatoo’s and get ready for dinner and then after that great dinner (grilled fish, eggplant and pork liempo plus native rice and softdrinks) we had our night swimming within the resort’s private pool and had a few vodka’s and then sleep… I had the longest sleep :)

And then, the morning after we get ourselves ready for our beach activities… we rode a boat to get in an island and there we seize every moment to be with the sand and the beach. Then after that swimming we had our lunch in a batanggas cuisine restaurant and had our stomach filled and then we get back to tagaytay to buy fresh fruits, dinner at Kenny Rogers at shell balagtas and then we go home.

So obviously, no other sentiments but fun. We just enjoyed it. Our body needs it, we must be paid for every efforts we are giving and right now I’m looking forward to our next destination
